Reviews:
* If you're looking for a fuel-efficient small car, but you don't want to sacrifice the interior quality or modern features usually found only on larger, more expensive models, the 2014 Ford Fiesta sub-compact is a good choice. Source: KBB.com
* Sporty driving dynamics, particularly with the ST model; refined yet lively base engine; strong fuel economy; welcoming cabin; available luxury features. Source: Edmunds
* With its bright hues like Green Envy and Molten Orange, the 2014 Ford Fiesta is highly capable and a joy to drive. It achieves up to 34 MPG City and 43 MPG Highway. The available Ford SYNC system lets you make hands-free calls, stream music from a compatible phone via Bluetooth, and hear turn-by-turn directions through your speakers. The Fiesta delivers 120 horsepower of fun from its 1.6-Liter I-4 engine, or an intense rush when behind the wheel of the All-new Fiesta ST with its 197 horsepower turbocharged engine. Twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT) adds an extra measure of precision, improving fuel efficiency and power output. For that extra-connected feel, the PowerShift 6-speed automatic transmission can provide torque to the wheels 100 percent of the time during shifts. The electric power-assisted steering gives compensation for pulling and drifting. To help Fiesta stay sure-footed and firmly planted in the corners, a MacPherson-strut front suspension features specially tuned dampers, spring rates and bushings, and a 22-mm stabilizer bar. Check out stylish options like Charcoal Black Leather-trimmed seats with Molten Orange Cloth Accents. On the ST trim get the available RECARO seats, which hold you in place during intense drives with their supportive bolsters. There are also available features like heated front seats and ambient lighting with 7 different hues. For space, Fiesta's 60/40 split rear seat folds down, opening up additional room for your gear. Pass-through access from the trunk increases usable space in the sedan. The Fiesta won "Top Safety Pick" - the highest possible rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) - 3 years in a row (2011-2013). Underneath its aerodynamic shape, an ultra-high-strength boron safety cage protects you and your passengers. In addition, the AdvanceTrac electronic stability control helps keep all 4 wheels securely on the road. Get yours today and go further with the 2014 Fiesta. Source: The Manufacturer Summary

I bought this car July 25th, and I have put almost 7500 miles on it since. I've driven it from Des Moines, Iowa to Denver, Colorado and in a host of different conditions. For a performance vehicle, I couldn't recommend anything else as a daily driver for this price point. I've enjoyed every minute I spent in this car, and so has everyone else who has driven/ridden in it. If you're looking at this car expecting comfort or easy of use, you clearly need to look else where. The whole philosophy of this car is that YOU are in control. If that is what you are looking for, I highly recommend it. Pros: 1. The chassis is quite stiff, allowing you to feel exactly what the road is doing through your seat. 2. The engine is happy to rev, and puts out more than enough power for the car. 3. Clutch is light, and the shifter feels very notchy and satisfying. 4. The steering is very direct, you know where you are putting the car. You just can't feel everything like you would with a hydraulic steering rack. 5. The gearing makes sense for the car, 1st gear is good for ~20mph, 2nd for ~50mph, 3rd for ~75mph, etc. 6. The Recaro seats are fantastic. 750mi to Colorado from Iowa in one day, no back pain. They hold you VERY well in the corners. Adjustment might lack slightly, the head rests could be angled back a bit further. 7. Gauges are all analog. 8. Sync 3 has excellent voice recognition, and all the control surfaces are intuitive and feel nice. (turn signals, steering wheel controls, entertainment and climate control) 9. Looks. I got mine in Platinum White with the Ebony wheels, and I think it looks great. Interior is Grey, which also looks pretty good.

This little car has great quality and is fun to drive for a small car. My SES has all the bells and whistles so it is very convenient as a driver.

I purchased the Fiesta in November, 2012, trading in a Focus. The mileage is fantastic, nothing less than 33mpg, mostly 37+. I had the dealer install a Sirius receiver, which is the pits; make sure Sirius is standard, if you buy one. Value is exceptional. My grandson wants this one, when I get my next vehicle.
